One of its first German customers is the company Rekers, which has four production facilities. Here, in addition to retaining walls, various other prefabricated elements are manufactured. For these products, in addition to the functional aspects, there are increasing demands on quality and freedom of choice. Hendriks' choice of retaining wall moulds fits in perfectly with this.
Thanks to the expertise of both Rekers and Hendriks, an efficient mould was developed in good cooperation. By using hydraulics, the use of the hall crane was reduced to a minimum and the moulds make an important contribution to the entire production process.
In a world where speed and efficiency play an ever-increasing role, it is important to have as few hands on the mould as possible. This philosophy played an important role in the development of the moulds. It also limited the use of the hall crane so that it could be used for other purposes. The hydraulic to operate mould led to an efficient and robust solution.
That solution consisted of three moulds in which 5 elements can be produced simultaneously. The elements have a corner profile and a size of 100 x 70 x 100 cm (l x w x h). The elements are characterised by their sleek design and meet the highest aesthetic and dimensional standards, also thanks to the unique production process.
